Good Morning! It can sometimes be very difficult to take the time to focus on my thoughts. I get so caught up in the day and arranging my day. This class is a good practice for me to actually stop and listen to my inner thoughts, plus I get a grade for it =)

ReplyDeleteI can relate. As moms, wifes and students it is at times difficult to find that still and quietness. I have taken other courses at Kaplan that have really helped with refocusing and centering your mind to a state of consciousness and graditude. This class will be just a beneficial. It's hard to manage and balace time, but doing these exercises while meditating on God and his perfect peace really helps to relieve stress. Anything that is worth while takes effort. I have to constantly remind myself of this.

ReplyDeleteI have to agree with you! It is very difficult to foucus on our own thoughts and needs sometimes. I think that this class will help us all in some way become more in tune with our innerself. I really enjoyed the exercise. ReplyDeleteIt is really hard to stay focus or to just sit still to listen to the peace. My mind starts to wonder on what I did that day or what I need to do later on that day. If I can get that peace to be still then I can work on my inner self and really listen to my thoughts. I never meditate before and this class is the best I'm loving it. Enjoy this class!
